The Law of RK “On Personal Data and their Protection” regulates the activity of processing (use) of personal data.

Definitions

Internet project ramax.com (hereinafter – URL, “we”) takes seriously the issue of privacy of information of its customers and visitors of ramax.com website (hereinafter – “you”, “site visitors”). Personally identifiable we call information that contains personal data (for example: name, phone number or company name) of a website visitor, as well as information about actions you perform on the URL website (for example: authentication of a user with his/her phone number). We refer to anonymous data as data that cannot be uniquely identified with a specific website visitor (for example: website traffic statistics).

Use of Information

We use a particular site visitor’s personally identifiable information solely to provide them with quality service delivery and accountability. We do not disclose the personalized information of some URL site visitors to other site visitors. We never make personalized information publicly available or share it with third parties. The only exceptions are situations where the provision of such information to authorized government agencies is required by applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We publish and disseminate only reports based on anonymous data collected. At the same time, the reports do not contain information from which it would be possible to identify personalized data of service users. We also use anonymous data for internal analysis, the purpose of which is to develop URL’s products and services.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information on third party sites, and we do not assume any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information you leave on such sites. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to comply with this privacy policy, we cannot guarantee the security of information in the event that factors beyond our control result in disclosure of information. The ramax.com website and all information on it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any adverse consequences or any damages whatsoever resulting from the restriction of access to the URL site or from visiting the site and using the information contained therein.
